It is a temptation for Christians to return often to familiar, comforting verses of Scripture, skimming over the demanding passages. Do you take a mental "walk" when Jesus' words are difficult? Remember Peter's conclusion: "Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life." Rejoice that even though He demands much, Jesus is your source of life.
